Glass Armor™ Limited 10-Year Easier Cleaning Warranty
Thank you for choosing Glass Armor™. When properly applied and maintained, Glass Armor™ creates a protective barrier that helps reduce the adhesion of soap scum, hard water deposits, and other common contaminants, making shower glass easier to clean.
Warranty Coverage
Glass Armor™ warrants that the treated shower glass will continue to provide easier cleaning performance for ten (10) years from the date of application, provided that:
- The product was applied according to Glass Armor™ application instructions.
- The shower glass is registered within 30 days of application.
- The owner follows the recommended care and maintenance instructions.
- The treated glass remains installed at the original location.
"Easier cleaning" means that normal soap residue, hard water deposits, and everyday contaminants can generally be removed with less effort than untreated glass when using recommended cleaning methods.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from:
- Use of cleaners containing strong acids or strong bases (alkaline cleaners).
- Abrasive cleaners, scouring powders, steel wool, razor blades, or abrasive pads.
- Damage caused by construction debris, paint, mortar, grout, or harsh chemicals.
- Glass scratching, etching, chipping, cracking, or breakage.
- Improper installation or application.
- Commercial, industrial, or institutional use unless specifically approved in writing by Glass Armor™.
- Abuse, neglect, vandalism, fire, flood, or other acts beyond the control of Glass Armor™.
Owner Maintenance
To maintain warranty coverage:
- Clean the glass regularly using pH-neutral or mild household glass cleaners.
- Rinse the shower after use whenever practical.
- Do not use cleaners containing strong acids or strong alkaline (base) chemicals.
- Follow all Glass Armor™ care recommendations.
Warranty Claim Procedure
To submit a warranty claim:
- Complete the online warranty claim form.
- Provide your warranty registration number.
- Submit photographs of the affected glass.
- Provide proof of the original application date if requested.
Glass Armor™ may request additional information or inspect the installation before determining warranty eligibility.
Warranty Remedy
If Glass Armor™ determines that the product has failed to provide the warranted easier-cleaning performance under normal residential use during the warranty period, Glass Armor™ will, at its sole discretion:
- Reapply the Glass Armor™ treatment, or
- Provide replacement Glass Armor™ product for reapplication, or
- Provide another reasonable remedy determined by Glass Armor™.
This warranty is limited solely to the remedies described above.
Disclaimer
This warranty does not guarantee that shower glass will remain spotless, maintenance-free, or completely free from water spots, soap scum, mineral deposits, or other contaminants. Regular cleaning is still required. Glass Armor™ is designed to reduce the effort required for cleaning—not eliminate the need for cleaning.
Glass Armor™ shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by applicable law. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
